From Sechelt, go North on Highway 101 to Mason Road. Turn right and proceed north for 2.7 km to end of Pavement. Directly across the inlet is Tillicum Bay Marina, near Tuwanek. This is a very short boat ride across the inlet, or boats can be launched at the government dock at the end of Porpoise Bay, in the town of Sechelt. The lot is .66 acres. The waterfront is 136.5 feet with a S.E. aspect. Southwest side is 254.36 feet, N.W. side is 100 feet, and N.E. side is 292.91 feet. There is a good level building site approximately 100 feet back from the water. The view directly in front of the property is Southeast towards "Porpoise Bay" and the Village of Sechelt which is approximately 8-10 minutes travel by your average speedboat.
